Refund Policy
Bought a license on makernet.com.br and changed your mind? You have 7 days from each payment to get a full refund, no questions asked.

7-day refund
- Applies to licenses bought on the website (Super File Manager Max): new purchases and each renewal.
- The 7 days count from the payment date. You get the full amount back and do not need to give a reason.
- The free trial lets you test every PRO feature before paying, so you can buy knowing what you get.
How to ask for a refund
Open a support ticket in your account area or write to sac@makernet.com.br with the account e-mail and the purchase date.
What happens next
- The license is revoked and the PRO features stop working on all activated Macs. Free features keep working.
- The refund goes back through the original payment method via Asaas: Pix to the paying account, card as a credit on the statement (the issuer decides when it shows up), and boleto by bank transfer to the account holder.
After 7 days
Refunds for change of mind are no longer available, but you can cancel the renewal at any time in your account area, and the license stays valid until the end of the paid period. If the app has a defect we cannot fix, you keep the rights granted by consumer law.
Mac App Store edition
Purchases and subscriptions made in the Mac App Store are refunded by Apple. We cannot see or change those payments.
